A relaxed rooftop environment built for social interaction. In collaboration with AND THEN founder Jake Brennan, Goose explored the South London bar scene and identified an opportunity to create something more meaningful: a local clubhouse designed around social connection.
A members' club in spirit, without the monthly subscription. AND THEN is a place to live life in real time and share space with the people that matter.
Testimonial“Michael's approach is thoughtful, open, and genuinely collaborative, making it easy to bring our vision for the venue to life. He has a rare ability to understand what the hospitality industry needs today and where it's heading, so you always feel one step ahead. It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with Goose and we are already looking forward to creating more venues and concepts together in the future.”
