The Flavour Trailer founders, Mario and Charley, reached out to Goose to create their first restaurant in Northampton. The Flavour Trailer, a multi-award-winning burger truck, has been making flavour waves across the town, and it was time to create a central hub, not just for delicious burgers, but a space for social gatherings, live music and events.
Working closely with the founders, we evolved the brand, creating an environment that captures energy through colour and materiality. Located in an industrial warehouse, we used the existing steel framework to our advantage, designing a framed open burger kitchen and bar, a relaxed diner and a mezzanine sports bar and arcade, perfect for private hire events.
